Do you want to give your consultancy career a flying start? As a Business Analyst Retail & Products at IG&H, you will make an impact at leading Dutch companies in the retail and consumer goods sector. You help these organizations respond to new developments and deal with market challenges. As an integral part of a team of consultants, you will receive responsibility from day one: whether you are working on the client's strategy, implementing advice, or integrating new solutions.

Within the Retail & Products team, you will become part of a diverse group of talented and driven people, with whom you will work closely to serve our clients optimally.

There is no 'typical' project within the team. Through close collaboration with other expert teams within IG&H, we can help our clients with virtually any challenge in the competitive retail landscape. From strategy development to the implementation and integration of in-house developed solutions. We are proud of our end-to-end transformations and of the fact that we are truly a partner to our clients during this journey. Topics vary from short projects to improve pricing strategies to large-scale trajectories to adapt the way of working in a Dutch warehouse. These diverse assignments are carried out for an even more diverse client base: from retail to e-commerce, logistics service providers, industrial producers, FMCG companies, rental companies, and more.

In your first two years as an analyst at IG&H, you will get the chance to work on a wide range of projects, so that you can develop your skills optimally.

As a business analyst, you play a crucial role in the daily support of the project team. Your tasks vary from analytical problem-solving to client-oriented activities, such as preparing and presenting advisory reports to C-level executives, facilitating workshops, and conducting interviews.

In addition to collaborating with colleagues from the advisory practice, you may also collaborate with consultants from other disciplines such as Business Engineering, Data & AI, or Transformation to provide optimal support to the client.

In addition to client projects, you will also work at the office on new proposals and contribute to the expertise of IG&H.
