For one of our projects at an international retail organization, we are looking for an experienced SAP DTC Retail Consultant. In this role, you will work at the intersection of business and IT and will be responsible for further developing, optimizing, and integrating retail processes within a modern SAP S/4HANA landscape. In doing so, you will not focus exclusively on one SAP module, but will look at the entire retail ecosystem. You understand how inventory, product availability, pricing, fulfillment, commerce, and omnichannel processes come together to realize an optimal customer experience. You will also be responsible for designing and improving end-to-end retail processes within a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and omnichannel environment. You will work together with business stakeholders, architects, development teams, and external partners on the further development of the SAP Retail landscape. The focus lies on optimal integration between SAP, commerce platforms, POS systems, inventory management, and fulfillment processes. As a Consultant, you think from the customer journey, while simultaneously understanding the complexity behind the scenes of modern retail operations.

You have experience with:

• designing and optimizing SAP DTC Retail processes and fulfillment and logistics processes;
• translating business requirements into scalable SAP solutions;
• supporting omnichannel retail processes;
• improving product and inventory availability within the customer journey;
• optimizing pricing, promotions, and commercial retail processes;
• integrating SAP with commerce, e-commerce, POS, and other retail platforms;
• improving data flows between SAP, stores, distribution centers, and online channels;
• identifying opportunities for improvement within the retail landscape and translating these into concrete solutions.
