Your opportunities within Capgemini as an SAP Retail Consultant

As an SAP Retail Consultant at Capgemini, you will lead digital transformation projects for fashion retailers. You will work in agile teams on designing and implementing sales, planning, and logistics processes. You will monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure that deliverables are achieved. Additionally, you will coach junior consultants and actively share your knowledge. In this way, you combine technical expertise with customer-oriented thinking and contribute to innovative solutions within the dynamic world of fashion retail.

What will you do?
• Analyzing business processes and translating customer needs into SAP solutions
• Designing and configuring SAP systems that align with the customer's strategic objectives
• Guiding implementation trajectories, including testing, training, and support during go-live
• Collaborating with internal and external teams to successfully realize integrations and customizations
• Supporting customers in optimizing and further developing their SAP landscape

With strong analytical abilities and a customer-oriented attitude, you as a consultant quickly know how to grasp the core of complex retail processes. You switch effortlessly between different stakeholders, work in a structured manner, and take the initiative to implement improvements. Thanks to your experience in project environments, you know how to get teams moving and actively contribute to successful implementations. Furthermore, for the position of SAP Retail Consultant, you have:
• Extensive experience as an SAP consultant in business processes within the retail sector (preferably in the fashion industry)
• Demonstrable experience with multiple end-to-end SAP project cycles in an advisory and functional role
• Familiarity with various delivery methodologies, including Agile
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, preferably supported by an S/4HANA certification
• Knowledge of or experience with SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository) is a plus
