• Salary according to CAO VVT FWG 35/40 (€17.48 - €24.69 gross per hour / €2,735.91 - €3,864.43 based on 36 hours per month);

• Irregularity allowance (ORT) on top of your salary;

• Annual contract with a view to permanent employment;

As an Individual Healthcare Provider, you provide personal care and perform nursing technical tasks, such as administering medication, wound care, and injections. In doing so, you always look at what a resident can and wants to do for themselves.

You work with residents with dementia who may also exhibit complex behaviors, such as restlessness, suspicion, aggression, wandering, or withdrawn behavior. You look beyond the behavior and try to understand the need behind it.

You guide residents in their daily lives, offer peace and structure, and signal changes in health, behavior, and well-being. Within the residential groups, we work with group-enhanced care: extra attention, guidance, and expertise for residents who need this. Together with colleagues, practitioners, and loved ones, you ensure a safe, warm, and meaningful day.

De Leeuwenhoek is located in the center of Rotterdam and offers a multicultural residential care environment for residents with dementia. You work with residents from different backgrounds, life stories, and care needs.

Experience with complex behavior is a plus, but above all, we value your curiosity and willingness to learn.
