As an Individual Healthcare Provider, you provide personal care and perform nursing technical procedures. In doing so, you always look at what a resident can and wants to do themselves and have an eye for the resident's well-being and experience.

At our small-scale location, you are broadly deployable and have an independent role. You switch quickly between different care needs and respond flexibly to what the day and the residents require of you.

You are closely involved in daily life at the location. You make time for a chat, help with activities, and contribute to a warm, homely atmosphere. Together with colleagues, the quality nurse, and the treatment service, you ensure good and appropriate care.

De Kristal is a small-scale residential location for residents with dementia (PG), where personal attention is central. You work in a close-knit, small team in which you know each other well and are jointly responsible for the well-being and care of the residents.

• you work on a small-scale and personal level with residents with dementia;

• you have a lot of attention for warm, loving care and well-being;

• you are actively involved in cooking, day activities, and programming;

• you look at the individual experience and needs of residents;

De Kristal is located just 3 minutes walking distance from Nesselande metro station. The shopping center is also approximately a 3-minute walk away. You can park for free in the neighborhood.

You are involved, independent, and flexible. You enjoy working at a small-scale location, where you truly know the residents and work closely with a small team.

You can switch quickly between different care needs and see what is required, even when a resident cannot always indicate this themselves. You have an eye for the person behind the care need and like to contribute to a pleasant and meaningful day.

You are a true team player, but also dare to make decisions independently. Together with the quality nurse and treatment service, you are committed to the quality of care.

• Salary according to CAO VVT FWG 35/40 (€17.48 - €24.69 gross per hour / €2,735.91 - €3,864.43 based on 36 hours per month);

• Irregularity allowance (ORT) on top of your salary;

• Annual contract with a view to permanent employment;

• 8% holiday allowance + 8.33% end-of-year bonus;

• Pension via Zorg en Welzijn;

• Training and career advancement opportunities;

• Bicycle plan (also e-bike);

• Contract between 24 and 32 hours.
