Household Support Worker

A diploma is not required. We primarily find it important that you are reliable, can work independently, and keep your appointments.

Additionally:

• Do you have experience with household work, either at home or from your job;

• Do you have your own bicycle to travel between clients;

• Do you speak and understand sufficient Dutch to communicate with clients and colleagues.

You work in people's homes. Therefore, please take into account that some clients have pets.

• A gross hourly wage of € 15.07 to € 18.27 according to FWG Household Help of the VVT collective labor agreement, depending on your experience;

You will be working in the homes of various clients in Rotterdam-Oost: Alexander, Ommoord, Zevenkamp and Nesselande. You will help with household tasks, such as:

• Vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning;

• Tidying up and ensuring a clean and pleasant home;

• Noticing specific details regarding a client and reporting them to your team leader.

You will work independently and receive a schedule that we coordinate together based on your availability. This makes the work easy to combine with, for example, children, studies, or other work.

Your workplace is in the homes of clients in Alexander, Ommoord, Zevenkamp and Nesselande. Behind every front door lives someone with their own habits and their own story. Over time, you will build a trusted relationship with many clients.

You will be out on your own, but you are not alone. Do you have a question or do you notice something with a client? You can always turn to your team leader.
