Shiftleader warehouse

• You have at least an MBO 2 level of working and thinking;

• You have gained experience in a similar role in logistics;

• You are communicatively skilled and know how to motivate employees;

• You have knowledge of logistical processes and systems;

• Professional command of the Dutch language.

• A competitive salary; between €2,780.- and €3,409.- per month based on 40 hours and including irregular hours allowance, depending on your experience and skills.

Do you have experience in logistics and are you now looking for a supervisory role? Do you have an eye for a safe working environment and do you know how to motivate others? Then you are our new shiftleader!

In this position, you are the right hand of the supervisor. You are the first point of contact on the floor and you direct employees on their tasks. You will also actively participate in the processes of the department where you will be working. Within HBM, we have five departments in the warehouse: inbound, outbound, storage, XL, and mezzanine.

As a Shiftleader in logistics, you work daily within the operational processes. You are visible on the work floor, provide leadership, adjust course, and address colleagues when necessary. You maintain an overview and signal structural deviations in productivity or quality. Where possible, you solve problems directly, otherwise you involve the right person. You also actively participate in improvement projects to make HBM increasingly professional and to raise the level of service.

• Working hours are currently scheduled between 07:00 and 18:00 from Monday to Friday. During our peak periods, work is occasionally also performed on Saturdays;

• You are stress-resistant and solution-oriented.
