What does a day as a video content creator intern at HBM Machines look like?
Your day begins in Waddinxveen, where upon arrival you grab a nice piece of fruit and walk towards your own desk, right in the middle of the bustling brand team. After a short check-in with your colleagues, you discuss what is on the schedule: from shoots to edits and everything in between.
In the morning, you dive directly into the editing of a video with one of our partners, for example YouTuber MasterMilo or F2 driver Richard Verschoor. You put the finishing touches on the edit and fine-tune some footage with your supervisor. Meanwhile, you are also already working on the script for the next product video.
Before lunch, you join the communal lunch table, where today sausage rolls are on the menu, provided by one of your colleagues. After that, it is time for relaxation: a fanatic game of table tennis in the canteen.
In the afternoon, you depart together with the content team to a location where a new YouTube video is being filmed. Today we are filming a racing challenge with a driver, and you are there to assist with the recordings and to create behind-the-scenes footage for our socials.
As a video content creator intern at HBM Machines, you will get the unique opportunity to not only work on improving our product videos, but also on inspiring YouTube content in collaboration with some of our partners. Think of cool projects with famous names such as YouTuber MasterMilo, F2 driver Richard Verschoor, and driver Rocco Coronel.

HBM Machines once started as a tool shop in Gouda. Since then, we have grown into a strong European brand in machines and tools. We grew up with one simple thought: good tools for a fair price. In the past five years, we have tripled in size and we are far from finished growing. Today, we are active in several European countries, with both a powerful e-commerce organization and a physical store. And that international expansion? That will only continue in the coming years.
Behind that growth lies a modern and ambitious organization. We work data-driven, continuously invest in improvement, and have firmly laid the foundation for the future. Think of a new warehouse of 36,000 m², modern offices, a completely renewed webshop, and a technological landscape that is ready for further scale.
But HBM is more than numbers and growth. You will find yourself in friendly, down-to-earth teams where hard work is done, but also laughter. The lines are short, the mentality is hands-on, and you get a lot of freedom and responsibility to make a real impact.
Whether you work on our webshop, logistics, marketing, or international growth: your work contributes directly to the success of HBM.
