Return Coordinator

This concerns a new position, in which the various tasks and processes still need to be further developed.

You will do this, among other things, by:

• Managing return and repair flows in the ERP system
• Technically assessing returns
• Order initiation for follow-up actions on returns, based on technical assessment
• Progress monitoring and reporting
• Initiating external repair modules
• Identifying and addressing opportunities for improvement in the return processes
• Inventory management of returns and repairs

• Minimum MBO4 level
• Knowledge of logistical flows within a technical environment
• Experience with ERP systems (QAD and/or SAP)
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce)
• Proficiency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to oversee processes (helicopter view)
• Technical affinity
• Self-starting, pragmatic work attitude
• Preferably 3 years of work experience in a similar environment
