What started as a tool shop in Gouda has grown into an international e-commerce organization for machines and tools, with customers throughout Europe. And we continue to grow. Behind the scenes, colleagues work every day on further developing HBM. From marketing and e-commerce to finance, HR, IT, and customer service: together we ensure that the organization keeps moving, improving, and growing.
Behind our world of machines and tools stands a modern organization in which technology and innovation play a major role. We work with smart software, data, automation, and AI to make our work better and more efficient. We test new possibilities and continuously look at how technology can further help us and our customers.
That mentality is also reflected in how we work together. At HBM, it is about taking initiative, collaborating, and continuous improvement. We combine the ambition and speed of a growing e-commerce organization with a down-to-earth approach. You are given the space to take ownership, contribute ideas, try new things, and further develop yourself.
Our cultural values show who we are: we grow, we demonstrate craftsmanship, and we make it fun. Because the best results arise when ambitious people work together on something they are proud of.
