Requirements
What we're looking for
- Completed higher professional education (HBO), preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a similar field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience within warehousing, logistics, or supply chain in a GMP, GDP, or other highly regulated environment
- Experience with managing, coaching, and developing teams
- Strong affinity with GMP processes and quality systems
- Experience with ERP and MRP systems, preferably SAP
- Demonstrable experience with process improvement, change management, and operational excellence
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect stakeholders at different levels

What you'll do
As Warehouse Manager Goods Receipt & Sampling, you are responsible for the daily management and further development of the GRS department. You lead a team of nine professionals, including two Senior Operators, and create an environment in which safety, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement are central. You hold ultimate responsibility for the receipt, identification, and sampling of raw materials, packaging materials, and semi-finished products according to applicable GMP and GDP guidelines. Additionally, you play an important role in optimizing aseptic processes, cleanroom activities, and logistical performance.
As a member of the Management Team of the Center of Excellence Logistics, you also make an active contribution to the strategic development of the logistics organization. You know how to translate operational challenges into sustainable improvements in the areas of safety, quality, delivery reliability, and productivity.
- Coaching, motivating, and developing a team of logistics professionals
- Responsible for a safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all Goods Receipt & Sampling activities
- Ensuring the receipt, identification, and sampling of materials according to GMP and GDP guidelines
- Ultimately responsible for the sampling cleanrooms and actively contributing to improvement projects in the areas of environmental monitoring, contamination control, and aseptic working
- Leading during complex deviations and realizing structural improvements to prevent recurrence
- Promoting a strong safety culture and working continuously on the improvement of safety and quality results
- Ensuring correct handling, storage, and transport of, among other things, dangerous goods
- Acting as a sponsor for projects focused on safety, quality, innovation, productivity, and delivery reliability
- Developing and implementing tactical and strategic logistical improvement plans
- Intensively collaborating with, among others, Procurement, QA, QC, Supply Chain, and Operations
- Responsible for budget management, personnel costs, and capacity planning within the department
