Are you a creative maker who brings stories to life on social? Do you know how to turn a behind-the-scenes look into a fun video and do you bring humor to what you make? Then we are looking for you.

As a Content Creative/Creator at STËLZ, you tell the stories behind our brand. You take our community along to the office, during campaigns, and to festivals. You discover what is happening, spot the funny moments, and turn them into original content, together with our creative team.

From a spontaneous encounter to your own series: you devise the story, film and edit the video, and you also appear in front of the camera yourself. With your creativity, personality, and sense of humor, you give our socials a recognizable face and people a reason to keep watching.

• Devising original ideas, sketches, and recurring social formats together with the team.

• Finding the stories behind STËLZ and translating them into videos that people want to watch and share.

• Giving our community a behind-the-scenes look at campaigns, shoots, events, and daily life at the office.

• Filming and editing content yourself, using your phone or a camera.

• Standing in front of the camera, presenting your own formats, and interviewing people.

• Developing ideas into a good story, with a strong opening, a surprising twist, or a well-timed joke.

• Translating trends, current events, and internet culture into content with a unique STËLZ twist.

• Translating campaigns into creative content for our social channels.

• Collaborating with our social team, creatives, videomakers, designers, and creators.

• Testing new formats and using insights from reactions, watch time, and shares to improve your content.

• Organizing your own content and ensuring it is ready on time.

You see stories everywhere. A conversation at the office, something unexpected during a shoot, or a visitor at a festival: you see what makes it interesting or funny and you know how to tell that on social.

You have a sense for storytelling and humor. You know how to grab attention, when to ask follow-up questions, and how to make a story stronger through an edit. You love coming up with new things and dare to try them out.

In front of the camera, you are spontaneous and make contact easily. You take people along in what is happening and show your own personality. Behind the camera, you are just as involved: you arrange the filming, do the edit, and ensure the idea is executed well.

You enjoy creating together, but can also work independently. You don't wait for the next briefing: you come up with ideas yourself and grab the camera.
