As a Social Media Intern, you will support this process and all related activities. You will not only learn everything about social media, but you will also have a lot of contact with different departments within WE Fashion, giving you a good overview of our entire organization. During your internship, you will support this process and all related activities. You will not only learn everything about social media, but you will also have a lot of contact with different departments within WE Fashion, giving you a good overview of our entire organization. • Maintaining the schedule regarding the content we post on WE Fashion's channels;
• Supporting the maintenance of WE Fashion's social media channels;
• Supporting community management;
• Creating content (images, video, and text);
• Analyzing marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest & TikTok;
• Making a creative contribution to social plans and activities;
• Proposing new insights, trends, and developments in the field of Social Media.
• Developing creative social media concepts for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok, based on current social media trends;
• Identifying and translating social media trends into relevant WE Fashion content;
• Creating content (image, video, and text);
• Being in front of the camera, including on-camera presence and voice-overs;
• Supporting the execution of social media plans on WE Fashion's channels;
• Analyzing and optimizing marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest & TikTok;

As an Intern, you will ensure that we can continue to grow and innovate daily with your innovative ideas, so that should be rewarded accordingly. You work for WE, WE work for you. Therefore, you will receive from us:

• A cool, educational internship with enthusiastic colleagues who are eager to share their knowledge with you.
• When you complete an internship of at least 8 weeks, as an MBO student you will receive an internship allowance of €150,- gross per month based on 40 hours per week. As an HBO student, you will receive an internship allowance of €350,- per month based on 40 hours per week.
• 100% public transport travel allowance from 10 km.

• You are pursuing a higher professional education (HBO) degree in the field of marketing or communication;
• You possess a good command of both the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written;
• You are eager to learn and bring a healthy dose of curiosity with you!
• You provide constructive feedback and are critical of our current working methods; if you think something can be done better, we are always open to it!
• You are available from February 2025 for 32 - 40 hours per week for at least 5 months.

• You are available from January/February 2027 for 32 - 40 hours per week for at least 5 months.
