Marketing Content Intern

• a Mac or Windows laptop to work on;

At TreeHouse, we are looking for an intern to join and strengthen the Content team starting in September! 💪

Our platforms reach millions of house hunters per month, and there is still plenty of room to grow on social media. That is where you come in. We are looking for someone who wants to gain truly valuable practical experience. Not a coffee runner, but a full member of the team.

As an intern:

• you will create organic social media content for our channels (think Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn);

• you will come up with content concepts and hooks that fit the housing market and our target audience;

• you will film, edit, and write your posts and short videos (and you can stand in front of the camera yourself if you want to);

• you will help create content that helps us be found better in search engines;

• you will help maintain the content calendar and schedule posts;

• you will assist with tasks that arise in a content team, from a short piece of research to a copywriting task for the site;

• you will work on your own internship assignment, for which we provide plenty of space and guidance;

• you will join a driven content team where there is plenty to learn and plenty to laugh about.

Every month, we help more than 3 million house hunters find a new home. We do this with Pararius.nl and Huurwoningen.nl for house hunters, and with the CRM package Pararius Office and Leadflow for real estate agents. Additionally, we are active internationally with our platforms Rentaroof.co.uk, Immomiet.de and Toitpourtoi.fr. All are part of Treehouse.

Within TreeHouse, we work with approximately 80 enthusiastic colleagues. We work in a new, hip, and vibrant office with a view over the entire city. Here, you will find all kinds of disciplines under one roof, from marketers to developers. We work incredibly hard, but always with a smile. You can always come to us with all your questions, and there is also room for fun GIFs and cheesy jokes.

• is crazy about social media and has a feel for what works and what doesn't on the various platforms;

• wants to learn more about SEO/GEO;

• is creative and does not wait for someone else to come up with an idea;

• possesses a good command of the Dutch language, both written and oral;

• is proactive, independent, and a strong communicator, or wants to grow in these areas;

• is available for at least 32 hours for a minimum of 5 months;

• is pursuing a higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) education.

We will only fill this internship position if there is a real click. Not because we are being difficult, but because collaborating for a few months is simply more fun when it feels right from both sides.
