The role

As a coordinator at GOED.work, you are responsible for connecting healthcare professionals to clients within the GHZ and/or GGZ. You ensure that supply and demand align seamlessly and that professionals end up in the right place.

Your role is broad and dynamic: you work on recruitment, selection, planning, and relationship management. In doing so, you make a direct contribution to the core of the organization. You work closely with colleagues from recruitment, planning, and management and play an important role in keeping the operation running and improving it.

The team is compact and committed, which means you receive a lot of responsibility and make a direct impact. You do not only look at short-term staffing, but also think ahead and actively contribute to quality, continuity, and growth.

What you'll do

What will you do?

In this role, you combine commerce, planning, and relationship management:

Scheduling flexible staff based on availability and urgency
Anticipating personnel issues at clients
Monitoring continuity and staffing levels
Maintaining contact with healthcare professionals and clients
Building and managing a strong pool of professionals
Identifying opportunities, bottlenecks, and developments in the market
Ensuring correct time registration and administrative handling
Identifying errors, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
Actively thinking along about the optimization of processes and collaboration

Recruitment, selection & matching (core business)

Selecting and guiding healthcare professionals
Matching candidates to assignments at healthcare organizations
Understanding wishes, availability, and competencies
Ensuring qualitative and sustainable placements

What you bring

Mbo+/hbo working and thinking level (for example, in the direction of HR, Healthcare, Social Work, or Commerce)
Experience in a similar role is a plus
Available at least 32 hours per week
You work in a structured manner, switch gears quickly, and maintain an overview
Strong communication skills and a sense for people
You take responsibility and think in solutions
Affinity with the healthcare sector is a plus, commitment is a must
