Within our Healthcare Export department, you are responsible for coordinating air freight shipments for international customers. You will be assigned to one of our large healthcare accounts and ensure that shipments are carried out safely, correctly, and according to agreement worldwide: you contribute to this.

How do you do this? You are the link between the customer, airlines, DSV hubs, and internal departments. You monitor the entire process from booking to delivery and ensure that customers always know where they stand. You achieve this by:

• booking and coordinating daily air freight shipments for international healthcare customers;
• maintaining contact with customers, airlines, airports, and DSV locations worldwide;
• handling and following up on customs-related procedures;
• providing rates within established guidelines and, where necessary, preparing spot rates;
• monitoring shipments and proactively resolving deviations or delays.

• a good command of both the Dutch and English languages;
• experience within air freight or logistics is a plus;
• a stress-resistant and solution-oriented attitude;
• the ability to maintain an overview in a dynamic environment;
• affinity with systems and administrative processes.
