The role

Are you an HR student looking for a graduation internship where you can make a real impact? With us, you will work on a broad People & Culture improvement project within a growing consultancy organization.

An important part of your assignment is the drafting and implementation of a Risk Inventory & Evaluation (RI&E). You will analyze the current situation, map out risks, and translate this into a practical plan that is applied and secured within the organization.

In addition, there is plenty of room to broaden the People & Culture project. Think, for example, of onboarding and employee experience, where you investigate how new colleagues experience their start and how we can further improve this. You can also explore other HR themes, depending on your interests.

We believe it is important that your internship offers space to discover what gives you energy. Therefore, you will receive a lot of freedom to collaborate within the organization and to further shape your assignment in your own way.

Eqeep is a consultancy company located in Utrecht. Our mission is to create value for our clients in the field of business & IT consultancy. Over the years, we have grown tremendously as a company, but the conviviality, involvement, and professionalism are still the foundation of how we work. Meanwhile, we serve our clients with about 35 colleagues, from the office, from home, or on-site at the client.

You will work on a People & Culture improvement project including the RI&E as a component. Additionally, you will participate in the organization and get the chance to explore various HR themes, such as onboarding and employee experience. You will work independently, with good guidance and plenty of room for your own input.
