QA Release & Support Officer (all genders) in the Netherlands

• A salary between €3,655 and €4,493 gross per month (full-time), depending on your experience and suitability for the role.
• A 36-hour work week, a 5% year-end bonus, 8% holiday allowance, and a pension scheme.
• A travel allowance of € 0.23 per kilometer, with a maximum of 30 kilometers one way. Do you live further away? Then we would like to discuss the possibilities.

• Collecting analysis and production data for the purpose of the release process;
• Releasing raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products;
• Preparing and sending certificates of analysis for customers and internal use;
• Maintaining customer and supplier specifications;
• Providing sample preparation for the various laboratories and customers;
• Preparing and providing reports for various other departments.

The QA Release & Support department consists of approx. 11 FTE. Within our team, approx. 7 FTE work in the QA Release & Support (QR&S) department. Additionally, we have a QA Specialist, two SAP specialists, and a Team Leader. Together, we maintain the quality system regarding release, certificates of analysis, specifications, inspection plans, sample preparation, and lab accreditation.

Within the QA Release & Support (QR&S) department, the activities are divided into shifts that are carried out by different employees on a rotational basis. Work is performed in day shifts. Due to the diversity of activities, there are good opportunities for further development.

The QA Release & Support (QAR&S) Team of Borculo is looking for a motivated, inspiring, proactive QA Specialist Release & Support. The QAR&S department manages the release of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products. We prepare certificates of analysis and maintain various product specifications. Additionally, we support the QC, LQS, Production, Technology, Logistics, and other QA disciplines with reports.
