QA Analyst

As a QA Analyst, you support and advise management
and colleagues in the field of quality assurance and process control.
You are responsible for collecting, analyzing, and following up on
customer complaints and ensure that corrective and preventive
measures are effectively recorded and followed up. Additionally,
you analyze quality data from both customers and the internal
organization and report on this to stakeholders.

You manage changes in products and processes and ensure that
these are correctly documented and implemented within
the organization. You also support the maintenance and improvement
of quality management systems and actively contribute to the
optimization of processes. Furthermore, you guide improvement initiatives
that contribute to the further professionalization of our organization.

is a specialist in the development, production, and sale of

Are you?
• in possession of a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree, for example
in the field of quality management, business administration, or
a technical direction?
• familiar with quality management systems and
process improvement?
• analytically strong and able to translate quality data into
concrete improvement actions?
• someone who works in a structured manner and likes to take charge in
the follow-up of complaints and improvement measures?
• communicatively skilled in both Dutch and
English?
• critical, careful, proactive, and focused on continuous
improvement?
