As a QA Specialist, you are an important link within our Quality Team. You actively contribute to maintaining and further developing our quality systems and support the organization in complying with GMP, FSSC 22000, and ISO requirements. With your critical eye, analytical ability, and improvement-oriented mindset, you help make our processes one step better every day.

In addition, you work closely with colleagues, particularly from QC, to ensure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement within the organization.

• Advising the organization based on data and process analyses to continuously improve quality performance.
• Maintaining and optimizing the quality management system.
• Coordinating and preparing the annual management review.
• Initiating, guiding, and following up on internal and external audits.
• Managing deviations, complaints, CAPAs, and improvement actions.
• Assessing and managing changes and performing risk analyses.
• Performing trend analyses and translating findings into improvement measures.
• Identifying quality risks and proactively initiating improvements.
• Working closely with QC in assessing analytical results, deviations, quality risks, and improvement initiatives.
• Acting as a sparring partner for QC and Operations regarding quality issues, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Supporting supplier qualifications and monitoring supplier performance.
• Supporting validation and verification activities of processes, systems, and methods.
• Managing quality documentation in Manual Master.
• Supporting improvement projects within the organization.
• Providing quality training and contributing to quality awareness within the organization.
• Releasing products in accordance with GMP, FSSC 22000, and ISO 9001 requirements.
