Who you are: You take responsibility and do not wait around. You love pace, think in solutions, and remain calm when it gets busy. You enjoy leading a young team and know how to motivate people to achieve the best output together. You are available at least three days a week, speak fluent Dutch, and live within a 30-minute commute of the location. A reach truck certificate and/or BHV (Emergency Response) certificate is a plus.
From our Upfront Giga Centre in Rotterdam, we ensure every day that thousands of Upfront products arrive at our customers' doorsteps lightning-fast and in perfect condition. No empty promises, just tightly organized processes, high output, and a team that wants to win together.
As Logistics Team Leader, you ensure that every shift runs smoothly and delivers maximum output. You maintain oversight, direct where necessary, and ensure that the pick/pack process runs as efficiently as possible.
You lead the team during the shift and ensure the most efficient process possible and the highest possible output.
You maintain oversight on the floor: you direct, answer questions, and step in where necessary.
You ensure that replenishing is done tightly and on time, so that the picking process never comes to a standstill.
You identify bottlenecks in the pick/pack process and actively contribute ideas for improvements.
You resolve operational problems immediately and react quickly during busy periods.
You are responsible for safety during your shift and ensure that work is carried out according to the correct procedures.
We work in fixed shifts:
Monday to Friday. 17:30 to 00:30.
Sunday. 14:30 to 21:30.
A salary between €2,800 and €3,400 gross per month, depending on experience.
Flexible working hours: Monday to Friday (17:30 - 00:30) and Sunday (14:30 - 21:30)
