What we're looking for

  • 5-8 years of experience in and familiarity with the dynamics of the recruitment or secondment world;
  • HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of work and thinking, preferably a completed HBO degree in the direction of business administration, economics, HR, or commerce;
  • Knowledge of the laws and regulations surrounding recruitment and the deployment of freelancers (zzp'ers);
  • A good command of both the Dutch and English languages;
  • An entrepreneurial attitude: you know how to find your way easily within the organization, know the importance of the flexible workforce, and feel responsible;
  • Strong communication skills, switch easily between all levels within the organization, are approachable, and easily make connections with the people around you;
  • A commercial eye: we are sharp on quality, but certainly also on price;
  • Flexibility: yacht building is subject to change, and you move along effortlessly.

What you'll get

  • A salary between €4000 and €5000 appropriate to your knowledge and experience;
  • 40 days off per year with full-time employment (27 vacation days plus 13 ATV);

The role

What you'll do

As a Hiring Specialist, you keep many balls in the air. You:

  • Discuss schedules and hiring needs with managers and foremen.
  • Receive and assess concrete hiring requests daily and coordinate with agencies to fill these requests.
  • Process the placements of hired employees and ensure that the correct contracts are drawn up and all parties are correctly connected.
  • Direct, advise, and analyze the total hiring process.
  • Work closely with colleagues at other Feadship locations, with whom you spar, support each other, and work continuously on process improvement.
  • Adapt the hiring process based on new laws and regulations.

Hiring coordination requires structure and flexibility, clear communication, and strong relationship management. You will receive a lot of freedom and responsibility, but can always call upon colleagues. If you love dynamism and are strong at organizing, then this role is a perfect match.

Of course, you are not alone in this. The De Vlijt team consists of eight corporate colleagues working at other Feadship locations. Despite the distance, there is a lot of contact and collaboration, and you regularly work at each other's locations, allowing you to get to know the entire Feadship organization within a few months.
