Working Student Recruitment

Are you a proactive student looking for a side job alongside your studies in which you will be given responsibility and learn the recruitment profession in practice? Then we are looking for you!

As a Recruitment Working Student you will become part of our recruitment team and contribute to the recruitment for our Eurofins location in Amersfoort. 

We will guide and coach you in recruitment activities, but we will also quickly give you the space to work independently. This way, you will take on increasing responsibility for your own vacancies, from the first application to guiding candidates through the recruitment process. 

Among other things, you will be involved in: 

• assessing and selecting applications; 

• speaking with and screening candidates by telephone; 

• planning and coordinating interviews; 

• independently managing your own vacancies; 

• collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers. 

Which degree you are pursuing is not the most important thing to us. We are primarily curious about who you are, how you work, and whether you are enthusiastic about learning recruitment. 

You: 

• are a student and available 16 to 24 hours per week; 

• are available every Tuesday to work at our office in Amersfoort; 

• live in Amersfoort or can easily reach our location; 

• have strong communication skills and are comfortable picking up the phone; 

• work in a structured and independent manner; 

• are proactive, pick things up quickly, and take responsibility; 

• enjoy being part of a team. 

Experience with recruitment is not necessary. We find initiative, curiosity, and the will to learn more important.

Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company that supports customers with high-quality laboratory research and advice. From our various locations, we work on issues including the environment, food safety, and health. 

As a working student, you will get the chance to get to know Eurofins from the inside and simultaneously build up relevant recruitment experience.
