The role

TMFI is a dynamic and fast-growing organization within the Eurofins laboratory network. We are looking for an Office Coordinator for our Forensic Intake Team in Maastricht, which will move to Maastricht Airport in early 2027. This position is ideal for someone with an eye for detail who functions well in a dynamic environment and consistently delivers high-quality work, even when tight deadlines apply. Previous experience with office coordination or management in a forensic environment is desirable but not essential, as you will receive full training.
Has your curiosity been piqued? Then read on.
What you'll do
As Office Coordinator, you will oversee the receipt, registration, and coordination of forensic and kinship cases, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and efficient workflow management. You are accurate, have an eye for detail, and are proactive, with a positive, customer-oriented attitude. You communicate clearly and effectively, can prioritize competing tasks, and perform well, both independently and in a team, even under time pressure. You thrive in a dynamic environment, can switch quickly between tasks, and enjoy working with others. As a member of the Forensic Intake Team, you are a strong team player who balances the needs of colleagues, customers, and the organization.
This is a practical office-based role in which intake and coordination tasks are combined. Due to the nature of forensic casework, it may occasionally be necessary to work evenings and weekends to meet operational requirements. You will work closely with colleagues from across the company and contribute to the efficient delivery of high-quality forensic services. A strong eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential. You will be expected to work in full compliance with our quality management system and the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017, maintaining the highest standards.
