Requirements

What we're looking for

You speak Dutch fluently and can manage well in English
You are in your third or fourth year of a higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) education and can work 20 hours per week, including 2 to 3 days at our office in The Hague or Berlin
You have at least six months of administrative or office experience (a year in student government also counts) and you are proficient with Excel
You want to build a career in recruitment and are curious about how the profession works
You take initiative: you see what needs to be done, seek help when you need it, and ask good questions

Nice to have

You enjoy working with data, or want to become better at it
You already have some experience with recruitment, HR, or an ATS

The role

Werk Student Recruitment (Dutch-speaking) - The Hague or Berlin, hybrid (m/f/x)

What you'll do

Do you want to know how recruitment really works? At Eye, you won't just be archiving CVs. You will help a growing recruitment team build the way we hire people. And if it clicks, we would love to see you grow into a recruiter.

You help our recruiters find candidates for hard-to-fill positions
You screen applications for our junior positions, many of which are in Dutch
You turn recruitment data into clear reports that the team and managers can truly use
You improve how we use our ATS and keep the data in order
You bring structure to our recruitment knowledge, starting with having all job descriptions in one place
You ensure interviews run smoothly: scheduling, coordinating, and contacting candidates
You help build our connections with colleges and universities
