HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level.

The role

As a Corporate Recruiter at Eurofins Food, Feed & Water, you are responsible for the recruitment of the various business units in the Southern Netherlands. You work for different teams, each with their own field of expertise, challenges, and labor market. As a result, you are continuously engaging with different target groups and hiring managers.

Recruitment holds a clear place within the organization at Eurofins. Managers enjoy collaborating with recruitment and actively contribute to the process. At the same time, there are opportunities to build further on sourcing, talent pools, employer branding, and labor market communication. In this role, you will be explicitly given the space for this.

What you'll do

You recruit for a wide mix of roles, from Account Manager to laboratory specialists and other staff functions. Thus, operational, specialist, and managerial positions.
You are responsible for the entire recruitment process.
You will be given all the space to further develop recruitment and implement improvements.
