Eurofins Food, Feed & Water works from ten locations in the Netherlands on the safety of food and water for humans and animals. Do you get energy from solving building management issues and do you see opportunities to set up equipment and building management processes more intelligently? Then this position is for you. As a Service Coordinator, you ensure that maintenance, installations, and technical processes run smoothly. You are the first on-site during equipment malfunctions and assess whether you can repair it yourself or if an external party is needed. You maintain an overview, plan ahead, and work together with colleagues and external partners to ensure the continuity of the laboratory.

As a Service Coordinator, you are responsible for the coordination of maintenance activities, technical tasks, and improvement projects. You ensure that everything is well planned and carried out according to agreement.

• Planning and coordinating preventive maintenance
• Solving and following up on malfunctions and technical issues
• Scheduling technical colleagues and external suppliers
• Setting up and improving collaborations with internal and external partners
• Monitoring planning and quality
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and translating these into concrete actions

Additionally:

• Do you have experience with planning and coordinating
• You have a clear affinity with or experience in technology
• Are you used to working with internal and external stakeholders
• Do you have experience with process optimization or change processes
• Do you possess strong organizational and analytical skills
• Are you available 32 to 40 hours
