What we're looking for

Preferably, you have relevant work experience as a Service Advisor, Workshop Receptionist, or Inside Sales Representative, or a similar customer- or guest-oriented position. It would be great if you gained this work experience within the automotive sector, but that is not a requirement
You understand the basic principles of commercial vehicle outfitting, the technology of commercial vehicles, or would like to learn this
You can communicate complex (technical) information to customers and colleagues in an understandable way
You can switch well between various tasks or systems without losing the overview
You are available for at least 32 hours per week; after all, you can work with us both full-time and part-time

The role

For our Hedin Automotive Commercial Vehicle Outfitting location in Wateringen, we are looking for a Commercial Vehicle Outfitting Service Advisor. Someone who has just as much of a heart for cars as we do. Here, we design and build standard and custom-made commercial vehicle outfittings. But what exactly can you expect from the position of Commercial Vehicle Outfitting Service Advisor?

What you'll do

You are the first point of contact for customers, answering questions via telephone and email, offering support, and proactively providing information regarding the status of ongoing orders
Based on the wishes and requirements of the customer, you prepare the work orders including the tasks to be performed
In consultation with colleagues in the workshop, you create the planning and work closely with them to ensure that the work proceeds smoothly and according to schedule
You purchase the necessary parts and materials for new orders and keep a close eye on their delivery
You calculate costs for, among other things, the necessary parts, materials, and labor time, and prepare the corresponding invoices
