You maintain an overview where others primarily see movement. You switch between systems, colleagues, and processes, ensuring everything behind the scenes continues to run smoothly. From order to invoice. From transport to delivery.

The Sales Support/ Sales Administration department ensures that the entire vehicle sales process remains under control administratively, logistically, and financially. This allows sales teams to work efficiently and ensures customers know where they stand.

You process sales orders and ensure that all data is recorded completely and correctly.

You ensure that files are complete, process invoices, and check whether everything is administratively correct.

You coordinate with transport, the workshop, and other involved parties so that vehicles are ready on time.

Additionally:

• You handle vehicle registrations;
• You handle matters regarding leasing companies;
• You check payments and financing;
• You support your colleagues within sales and management;
• You communicate with importers, logistical partners, and internal departments.

You work with different systems and tasks simultaneously. That is exactly what makes this position varied.

You are an administratively strong and accurate professional who gains energy from structure and overview. You switch easily between different tasks and maintain calm in a dynamic working environment.
