The salary for this position is between €4,291.- and €7,049.- gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

The role

Are you the work planner who ensures that our residential construction projects run smoothly? You are the right hand of the project manager and ensure that all disciplines - from structural to installation technology - are perfectly coordinated. With your completed planning and your technical insight, we will make every project a success together! As a work planner at Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed Hengelo, you will work on challenging construction projects in the Central, North, and East Netherlands regions.

What you'll do

You find technology cool, but you also enjoy collaborating with various parties. You bring all the different stakeholders together and ensure that the project runs smoothly. As the director of the project, you are the right hand of the project manager. You ensure that all disciplines (structural, construction, and installations) are coordinated and prepare the schedules and drawings for the execution team. Additionally, you handle procurement preparation and monitor the financial progress of the project. You also apply your technical expertise within our design and tender teams so that, thanks in part to you, we can secure beautiful new projects. In addition to your own team, you also work closely with external advisors, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers. You have control over the project and take care of the process!

This is what you bring

A completed mbo and/or hbo education in the field of Civil Engineering.
You have 5 years of experience as a work planner or BIM engineer, preferably at a construction company, contractor, or architectural firm.
Experience with BIM programs such as Revit and Navisworks is a plus.
Strong communicative and analytical skills.
You reside in the North East Netherlands region.
