As an Overhead Line Work Preparer, you play a key role in the successful execution of our rail projects. You ensure that all preparations are arranged in detail, so that execution teams can work safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. You work closely with project managers, supervisors, engineers, and clients, and act as the connecting link between preparation and execution. Thanks to your technical insight, organizational skills, and proactive attitude, every project runs smoothly and under control.

• You draw up (complex) work plans and ensure thorough preparation of projects;

• You are responsible for the procurement of materials and subcontractors and guarantee the timely availability of personnel, equipment, and facilities;

• You collect and analyze project information regarding tenders, schedules, and the execution of works;

• You monitor the financial progress of projects in terms of planning, hours, costs, equipment use, and the use of third parties;

• You support the project manager with advice on changes, are regularly present at project locations, and act as a sparring partner for the supervisor.

• A one-year contract, followed by a permanent contract if it suits both parties;

• A salary of approximately €3,905 to €6,400 gross per month, depending on your education level, knowledge, and experience;

As the ideal candidate for the position of Overhead Line Work Preparer, you possess at least the following:

• You have a completed Mbo 4 or Hbo education in, for example, Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;

• You have experience as a Work Preparer. If this is also in infra, this is certainly a plus;

• You have an affinity with electrical engineering, energy supply, overhead lines, or rail infra;

• You live near Vianen;
