At least 2+ years of work experience as a works planner within concrete construction and/or industry;
You have demonstrable work experience in independently realizing the preparation, guidance, and execution of complex projects in technical and organizational areas;

Within Dura Vermeer Haven en Industrie, you will get the space to fully utilize your organizational skills and technical knowledge. Together with your colleagues, you will work on challenging projects within the Port of Rotterdam that contribute to a more future-proof industry.
In practice, you are responsible for drafting and monitoring schedules and work plans. You coordinate the entire procurement process, request quotes, and draw up contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. Additionally, you check and process technical drawings and specifications, and ensure that the correct materials and necessary equipment are available on time. You actively maintain contact with our clients, suppliers, and colleagues, and work closely with them. You also identify deviations and risks and report on them. Finally, you ensure compliance with HSE regulations and actively contribute to a safe execution of our projects.
You will be working at Dura Vermeer Haven en Industrie. Our office can be found in Botlek Rotterdam amidst all the projects. The salary for this position is between € 3,577.89 and €6,256.72 gross per month (based on 40 hours)*, excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.
On top of the salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to CAO Bouw & Infra).
