Work Preparer

• A completed MBO or HBO degree in civil engineering or similar.

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role within residential renovation projects.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• The salary for this position is between € 4,291 and € 5,364 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience. 

• On top of salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement).

• With an eye on a long-term relationship, we offer you an indefinite contract immediately.

• 43 leave days according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

• A laptop and a smartphone.

As a construction planner, you are the pivot between preparation and execution. You ensure that our projects run efficiently by creating a detailed schedule and you coordinate all disciplines. You work together with professionals. You contribute to the realization of challenging projects and the monitoring of progress.

In addition, you coordinate and liaise with external advisors, subcontractors, and suppliers. You also monitor financial progress and prepare purchases. Overall, you ensure quality assurance and risk management. You actively participate in risk management and quality assurance.

We work together with various clients and you feel connected not only to the project, but also to the users and their environment.
