A completed MBO or HBO education in the field of civil engineering, civil engineering (GWW), or similar;
At least 2 years of experience as a foreman within infra projects;
You have demonstrable experience in taking daily leadership over the execution of one or more projects, so that activities are realized safely, with quality, and according to schedule and budget;
Your communication is clear and concise.
The salary for this position is between € 3,577.89 and € 6,256.72 gross per month (based on 40 hours)*, excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary is dependent on your knowledge, level, and work experience.
On top of the salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to CAO Bouw & Infra).
With an eye on a long-term relationship, we offer you an indefinite period contract immediately;

This will be your job
As a foreman, you work on various civil engineering projects in the industrial sector, such as the expansion of terminals, road construction, foundations, and specialist short-term projects. Projects are up to approximately 15 million euros.
Your role starts with drafting the planning, work instructions, and a safety plan. After that, you lead colleagues, subcontractors, and suppliers during execution. You monitor the schedule and ensure that deadlines are met. Does a problem arise? Then you solve this quickly and inform all stakeholders.
Safety always has the highest priority. You ensure that everyone strictly adheres to the safety rules.
Additionally, you act as a mentor and guide colleagues in their professional development.
Together with the project manager, you work closely to realize the financial goals within the budget. You form a strong team and together ensure a successful execution of the project.
