• A completed technical education at MBO level 4, preferably in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering;

As a junior supervisor at Dura Vermeer Railinfra, you are responsible, under the guidance of an experienced supervisor, for the daily management of the execution of an overhead line project within the rail infrastructure. You manage skilled professionals and subcontractors and ensure that the work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to plan on the tracks.

As a junior supervisor at Dura Vermeer Railinfra, you are responsible for the execution of a small project to get to know the process. This takes place under the direction of an experienced supervisor so that activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to plan and budget, contributing to the realization of the project goal.

• You coach and manage your team of technicians and subcontractors, distribute work, and monitor progress and quality on the tracks;

• You plan smartly, arrange equipment, and work within budget. You provide input for the final settlement;

• You work integrally with the disciplines of track, cables and pipelines, electrical installations, and train signaling;

• You safeguard safety and address behavior. In case of unsafe situations, you intervene immediately;

• You maintain contact with the client, suppliers, and subcontractors and identify commercial opportunities in ongoing projects;
