·         A few years of experience as a male or female service carpenter is a plus.

• The salary for this position is the gross guaranteed wage according to function group A through E: between € 3,032.00 and € 3,804.80 per 4-week period (based on 40 hours). The exact gross guaranteed wage depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

• CAO Construction and Infra applies to the employment;

Hi, go-getter! We are looking for you. Our service department within Small-scale Construction is looking for a male or female service carpenter! You will get freedom in your work, have a lot of contact with customers, and are also sùper handy. Come strengthen our driven and down-to-earth team and soon work within our growing service team in the Eastern Netherlands on beautiful service assignments and small jobs.

As a male or female service carpenter in our small-scale construction department, you will perform various service activities for our regular customers. You will get a lot of freedom in your work and are in direct contact with our customers. This makes your role not only technically challenging, but also customer-oriented and varied. You know how to get things done and see what needs to be done. Our service team is down-to-earth, driven, and willing to help each other; you are the same.

Our Service Center is part of Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed Hengelo, a developing builder in the working area of North, East, and Central Netherlands. At the Service Center, we have the convenience of a large company with the unique atmosphere and culture of a small company. We have a down-to-earth and driven team of about 50 colleagues who are there for one another.

Within the Service Center, we work in the fields of Service, Aftercare, Management & Maintenance, conceptual residential construction, and smaller utility works. Additionally, we work closely with infra and Equipment Service. Due to this collaboration under one roof, we can switch quickly, work efficiently, and optimally support our clients.

A number of examples are daily maintenance in residential construction, utility construction, government buildings, offices, and educational institutions. We also build, for example, new construction projects for SMEs within Small-scale Construction. In short: a very diverse role!

In accordance with the CAO Bouw & Infra, a medical examination may be part of the application procedure. For this position, the examination is mandatory if you are going to work in construction and infra for the first time, or if you have not worked as an employee in construction and infra in the past 3 years AND an entry examination has not previously taken place for the same or similar position for which you are applying.
