• Completed Master's in Accountancy, Finance, or another financial study;

• A maximum of 3 years of work experience in a financial role;

As a Transaction Services Analyst, you are the financial detective within acquisition processes. You scrutinize companies in great detail and map out the financial history, future expectations, and risks in a structured manner. Based on this, you perform sharp analyses and translate figures into clear insights. With this, you provide clients with a complete picture of all relevant financial aspects of their acquisition target.

You will work within Transaction Services, which is part of Corporate Finance. Corporate Finance consists of approximately 25 colleagues specializing in Debt Advisory & Restructuring (D&R), Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and Transaction Services (TS).

A glimpse of your tasks:

• You analyze financial statements, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements, to assess financial health;

• You identify commercial and financial trends, risks, and opportunities;

• You translate crucial insights into a concrete report, containing the most important findings and recommendations for the parties involved.

You possess decisiveness and analytical ability. You are critical, accurate, involved, integer, and patient. You do not stop until you have uncovered everything. Additionally, you are communicatively skilled and strong in planning.
