Senior Project Leader Healthcare Digitalization

• At least 5 years of work experience at the intersection of IT and healthcare as a consultant or project leader

• Experience with guiding or coordinating projects, implementations, or change processes;

• Affinity with healthcare processes, healthcare information systems, and digitalization;

• Good communication skills and the ability to connect different stakeholders with each other;

• A proactive and result-oriented attitude;

• Knowledge of project methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2 is a plus.

As a Senior Project Leader Healthcare Digitalization, you support healthcare organizations in realizing digital change processes. You work on diverse projects, such as implementations of healthcare applications, process optimizations, digital healthcare solutions, and improvements in information provision. In doing so, you work closely with healthcare professionals, functional administrators, suppliers, and management.

As a Senior Project Leader Healthcare Digitalization, you guide projects that contribute to the digital development of healthcare organizations. You ensure that projects proceed according to plan and that stakeholders collaborate effectively to achieve the desired results. In this role, you maintain an eye for the impact of digitalization on processes, employees, and daily care delivery.

You bring structure to projects, monitor progress, and timely signal risks, dependencies, and opportunities. You ensure that project activities align with the set objectives and report on this to clients and stakeholders.

In your daily activities, you work closely with healthcare professionals, ICT specialists, suppliers, and management. You coordinate project activities, organize meetings, and ensure clear communication regarding progress, results, and points of attention. When challenges arise, you take the initiative to find appropriate solutions and safeguard progress.

Additionally, you know how to bring various interests together and create support for changes. You understand the dynamics within healthcare organizations and switch easily between operational issues and project objectives. Thanks to your organizational sensitivity and communication skills, you know how to effectively involve stakeholders at different levels in digital changes.

• Coordinating and guiding projects within healthcare and ICT environments;

• Drafting and monitoring project plans, actions, risks, and progress;

• Supporting implementations of EHR systems, patient portals, and other digital healthcare solutions;

• Aligning with stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, ICT teams, suppliers, and management;

• Signaling bottlenecks and contributing to appropriate solutions;

• Supporting users during changes and implementations;

• Reporting on progress, results, and points of attention;

• Contributing to process improvements and further digitalization within healthcare organizations.
