Electrical Engineering Project Leader

• HBO diploma in the field of Electrical Engineering;

• At least 4 years of experience in the field as a planner or project leader;

• The ability to analyze processes and projects in the field of engineering and realization/assembly.

This is what you will do
As a project leader, you are responsible for organizing and coordinating our projects. You are responsible for the quality, quantity, and project monitoring within your field. You can accurately assess the work and subsequently translate it into an efficient schedule and execution. Together with internal and external project partners, you ensure that the assignment is realized within the specified quality requirements, hours, and budgets.

You are the point of contact within the project and maintain close contact with the client. You identify commercial opportunities, for example when the work can be expanded, and always take into account the interests of all parties involved. Together with your fellow project leaders and the project manager, you ensure appropriate technician scheduling, while maintaining the balance between project and organizational interests. You provide positive leadership to the team and are constructively critical about our performance. Your duties consist of:

• Maintaining contacts with clients, advisors, contractors, subcontractors, and utility companies.

• Proactively managing financial control regarding invoicing, turnover, budget, extra/less work, purchasing, and results.

• Providing the monthly financial report for forecast meetings.

• Advising the client on possible technical adjustments and improvements, resulting in extra/less work that benefits both customer satisfaction and the project result.

As an engaged project leader, you are ready for the team and the client. You enthuse and motivate and provide feedback in a positive manner. This allows you to raise team performance to a higher level. You are soft on the person, but clear on the content.
