Cost Estimator Management and Maintenance

• The salary for this position is between €5,639 and €7,049 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance.

• On top of salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement).

• With a view to a long-term relationship, we offer you an indefinite contract after a 2-month probationary period.

• 43 leave days according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

As an integral cost estimator (B-E-W), you are ready for a new step in your career. Your strength lies in sharp pricing, objective cost analyses, and your broad knowledge of management, maintenance, and civil engineering. Within Dura Vermeer, you fulfill a key role in developing and realizing successful maintenance contracts for our clients.

You are involved from the initiation phase and, with your estimates, budgets, and advice, contribute to the foundation of our services. You fathom complex contracts, clearly map out risks, and advise on maintenance strategies and maintenance methodologies. In doing so, you look beyond just the numbers: you think along about the optimal balance between quality, risk, performance, and costs.

With your professional expertise, you translate client requests, maintenance concepts, and contractual requirements into reliable and realistic proposals. You work closely with colleagues, clients, and partners and make an important contribution to tenders, construction teams, and the further development of existing maintenance contracts.

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of work and thinking.

• At least 5 years of experience gained in the role of estimator/cost expert within various residential and/or civil engineering projects.

• Are you available for at least 32 hours per week.

• You have a customer-oriented attitude and work in a structured and organized manner.

• You are communicatively strong and see opportunities when things can be done better.
