Senior Consultant / Manager Finance Transformation & Digital Core

• A completed Master's degree (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Strategic Management, or Law).
• Senior Consultant: +3 years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting.
• Manager: +5 years of experience in consulting or project-based roles, including first-line management experience.
• Experience and/or affinity with projects in the field of Digital (Finance) Transformation.
• Knowledge of the latest developments in accounting, management reporting, and the planning process.
• Good knowledge of and experience with digital tools within finance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• You speak and write excellent Dutch (minimum B2 level) and English.
• For this role it is a must to speak Dutch (at least B2 level) and live in The Netherlands.

The Strategy and Transformation consultant supports Capgemini clients to innovate and develop new strategies, services and products. He/she designs and implements new business and operating models and brings to life the organizations of the future. He/she develops customer insights, organizational knowledge and market perspectives.

Heorshe is developing a specialization within a specific domain of expertise or industry. Heorshe is responsible for the completion of a part of a project or activities can lead a small team. Heorshe is client oriented and learns to explore sales activities.

Within this newly established team, you can be deployed to a wide range of clients. It is therefore not specifically focused on the financial sector. Regarding your activities, you can expect the following:

• Analyzing and transforming financial functions, processes, and operating models, so that organizations can better respond to changing market conditions.
• Developing finance strategies, transformation roadmaps, and business cases, and guiding the implementation of new ways of working and technologies.
• Facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews and translating strategic objectives into concrete improvement initiatives.
• Deploying data, digital technology, and AI to make financial processes smarter, more efficient, and more data-driven.
• You deliver substantive analyses and advice in the field of Finance Transformation.
• You guide clients through strategic and digital transformations.
• You facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews and translate your insights into concrete solutions.
• You work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams on complex change trajectories.
• You advise CFOs and finance leaders during complex transformation and change trajectories.
• You lead projects and manage your teams.
• You help with developing opportunities with existing and new clients.
• You contribute to propositions, knowledge development, and thought leadership.
