Chief Site Manager Non-Residential Construction

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level, preferably in Civil Engineering. 

• Approximately 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position. 

• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail. 

• Good communication skills, accurate, analytically strong, and you are transparent on multiple levels. 

• The salary for this position is between € 5,639.- and € 7,049.- gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

• 43 vacation days with the possibility to have 13 of them paid out.

As a Chief Site Manager at Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed Den Bosch, you will work on large-scale and complex non-residential projects in the Eindhoven region. You ensure that these projects are delivered within schedule, budget, and at a high quality level.

You are the key link on the construction site: an inspiring leader for your team of site managers and skilled tradespeople. You maintain the overview, adjust where necessary, and create a safe and motivating working environment. Naturally, your extensive experience means you have a heart for construction, but above all, an eye for both technology and people.

Some projects you only encounter a few times in your career. As a Chief Site Manager Non-Residential Construction, you lead the realization of complex non-residential construction projects in the Eindhoven region. Think of high-end office environments, educational buildings, government buildings, and other social facilities that contribute to the further development of the Brainport region.

Together with the business manager, you form the driving force behind the project. You manage according to the main outlines, connect construction partners, and know how to translate complex technical and logistical challenges into smart, executable solutions. With your leadership, craftsmanship, and entrepreneurship, you realize projects that users, clients, and colleagues are proud of.

Whether it concerns an urban non-residential project, a technically challenging educational building, or a sustainable office building, you maintain the overview, create support, and ensure that the project is successfully realized.
