First and foremost: safety is always your priority! Because of this, you always have an overview of all ongoing matters taking place on your construction site. As a result, you are very alert and, in case of problems, you act professionally and accurately and think in solutions.
A completed MBO or HBO education in construction.
You have at least 3 years of recent relevant work experience as a (sub)site manager, preferably with maintenance and renovation in residential and utility construction and with foundation technology.
You are digitally savvy, whereby the correct administrative recording of the project progress in our automated system is no problem at all for you.
You are cost-conscious and you maintain an overview of the quality and quantity of your responsibilities within the project. You therefore also set high standards for the quality of your work.
The salary for this position is between € 5,639 and € 7,049 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.
On top of salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement).
With an eye on a long-term relationship, we offer you an indefinite contract immediately.

As an independent site manager, you don't just wear a helmet, but you are also in charge. From A to Z, you are responsible for various residential, transformation, and utility renovation projects. A large and complex project? Then you work together with the site manager or construction site manager and act as the site manager for a part of the project.
You have daily leadership on the construction site and connect all the different parties with each other so that the construction process runs smoothly. You also ensure a safe construction site, the management and registration of project documents, and timely delivery with the agreed quality. Additionally, you coach and motivate the team on the construction site.
As a leader, you ensure that a strong and successful team is in place and you stimulate people to collectively deliver quality and achieve the objectives. The customer is central, but so are certainly the residents of the ongoing project. You always look for solutions that best help the customer. On the other hand, you do everything you can to ensure that the residents feel heard and understood during the ongoing project. After all, a renovation is no small feat, and you know that better than anyone. In short, you are the one who makes the difference for both the customers and the residents.
