Civil Engineering Groundworker

• The salary for this position is the gross guaranteed wage according to function group C: €3,398.40 per 4-week period (based on 40 hours), depending on your education and relevant work experience;

• In addition, you can count on a performance bonus per period, depending on your work experience;

• On top of your salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (4.51% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement);

• 48 vacation days per year according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. The value of 18 of these days is deposited into the Time Savings Fund;

As a Civil Engineering Groundworker, you are responsible for performing various earthworks, such as digging trenches, installing sewers, and assisting with the placement of formwork and pipes. You have an eye for quality and safety and work accurately according to the applicable guidelines. Are you a team player with a hands-on mentality and experience in the civil engineering sector? -You are a team player, have a flexible and positive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility;

-Experience as a groundworker in the civil engineering sector is a plus;

-In possession of a VCA certificate (or willing to obtain one);

-Physically strong and able to work in a team;

-Flexible in deployment and willing to work overtime if necessary.
