• The salary for this position is between €3974.42 and €4968.02 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

As an estimator, you will work on challenging and varied new construction projects in residential and utility construction. Think of modern residential areas, sustainable office buildings, and large-scale industrial projects. Projects where you have a direct impact with your knowledge and insight.

You are not afraid of complex tasks - in fact, you actively enjoy taking them on. Together with your team, you will work on projects in the regions of Noord-Brabant, Zeeland, and Limburg. You provide oversight, fathom the plans, and create clear, realistic cost calculations. In this way, you ensure that we can realize every project smartly and thoughtfully.

This will be your job

As an estimator at Dura Vermeer, you will receive a lot of responsibility and freedom within the projects. This is because you are responsible for determining and managing the direct costs of projects, from the initiative phase to the construction agreement. You will discuss these projects with your team members, including the project manager, design leader, and the business office.

During the tender phases, you will jointly draw up risk analyses. You will create indicative budget estimates for real estate developments, final (tender) budgets, and all budgeting steps in between. You will also consider whether certain solutions could be smarter, better, and more efficient for the client, thereby steering the design towards available budgets. No matter how complex the residential or utility project is, you always see a challenge in it.

You will regularly meet with the client at the office and occasionally visit the construction site. Together with the team, you want to build more sustainably, digitally, and innovatively. In addition to the team in which you work together on projects, you are also part of the estimation department. This group consists of a close-knit team of men and women who work together on the development and improvement of the estimation department, but also, of course, on your personal development.
