As a Senior Consultant Corporate Finance, you will work independently on complex components of M&A processes. You will prepare valuations, build and maintain financial models, and work on information memoranda and management presentations. With your analyses, you reduce financial data to clear insights that provide direction to the transaction process. You will work in small deal teams and coordinate closely with the Manager and Director.

You will be regularly involved in discussions with clients and explain your analyses and draft documentation. Additionally, you will provide substantive guidance to Consultants and Junior Consultants in their work and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. • Strong analytical skills
• Experience with financial models and valuations
• Experience with M&A documentation
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience
• A completed university degree
• You are a team player with excellent oral and written communication skills, in both Dutch and English.
