As Senior Manager Audit in Bladel, you play a key role within our audit practice. Drawing on your experience, you oversee the entire playing field: from the quality and progress of audit engagements to the development of colleagues and the further expansion of sustainable client relationships. You are a strong interlocutor for clients and know how to combine professional expertise with leadership and commercial insight.

You are given the space and responsibility to help build the further development of our practice in Bladel. You look ahead, see opportunities in the market, and translate these into concrete possibilities for clients, colleagues, and Crowe. In doing so, you bring the team along in your vision and create an environment in which quality, ownership, and development are central.

You bear responsibility for the entire client and technical process within your portfolio. As a strategic sparring partner, you stand alongside entrepreneurs and organizations during complex issues and build relationships that go beyond the annual audit.

Additionally, you fulfill an important role in the further growth and positioning of our audit practice in Bladel. You recognize commercial opportunities, actively build your network, and know how to further develop new and existing client relationships.

Internally, you take explicit leadership. You provide direction to teams, coach colleagues in their professional development, and ensure clear priorities and expectations. You monitor the progress, budgets, and quality of engagements and intervene when necessary.

With your experience, you also look beyond daily practice. You contribute ideas regarding market development, client strategy, talent development, and innovation within Audit, and translate developments in the field into concrete improvements. In this way, you contribute not only to successful engagements but also to the further growth and future of Crowe in Bladel.

• You actively share your knowledge, experience, and vision and know how to bring colleagues along in their professional and technical development;

• Drawing on your seniority, you take the lead on complex audit engagements and are responsible for a portfolio of diverse clients;

• You provide direction to teams and coach colleagues in their development, whereby you stimulate ownership and delegate responsibilities at the appropriate level;

• You closely follow developments within the field and translate these into opportunities for our audit practice, for example in the areas of data analysis, digitalization, and innovation;

• You are a strong interlocutor for clients, fathom complex issues, and know how to translate them into clear advice and concrete actions;

• You act as a strategic sparring partner for clients, colleagues, and other specialists within Crowe and know how to connect different interests;

• You safeguard the quality of our services and oversee compliance with technical guidelines and compliance requirements;

• You oversee and coordinate the services surrounding your clients and bring different specialists together where necessary to reach the best solution;

• You actively contribute to the growth and further positioning of our audit practice in Bladel. You see commercial opportunities, build sustainable client relationships, and expand your network in the region;

• You contribute ideas regarding the long-term development of the practice and, drawing on your experience, make an active contribution to themes such as client strategy, market development, talent development, and innovation;

• You have completed the Postmaster Accountancy with an orientation in Assurance, preferably supplemented with the RA title, and bring extensive relevant experience within the accountancy and audit practice.
