As Manager of our Audit practice in Roermond, you are the connecting link between the team and the client. You work independently on audit engagements for a diverse group of clients and combine technical depth with the management and guidance of colleagues. You ensure oversight, quality, and pleasant collaboration. This role offers responsibility, challenge, and plenty of room to further develop yourself. You are resourceful and creative, which allows you to not only shape your own career but also to lead the organization along in this process. This makes your work varied and inspiring.

You take responsibility for the entire client process and the technical professional process. You are a strategic sparring partner for clients and build sustainable relationships that go beyond the numbers. You see opportunities in the market and utilize them to expand our services. You provide direction to the team, set priorities, and ensure clear working agreements so that you collectively ensure optimal execution for the client. You monitor planning, budgets, and quality and maintain oversight, even in challenging situations. With your leadership, you stimulate collaboration and development and help our office prepare for the future with digital innovations.
