Manager audit - Doetinchem

As an audit manager, you are (co)responsible for the growth of our audit practice and the development of your colleagues. You look after your team(s) and act as the link between your client and your team. For you, no two days are the same. You work in a fun team on challenging (audit) assignments. • As an audit manager, you are the direct point of contact for our clients. Internally, you manage multiple teams that perform the audits.

• You are the linchpin in the project management of your assignments and monitor the quality of the execution of the work.

• You develop and maintain strong client relationships.

• You are involved in developing the audit strategy, identifying risks, and the corresponding audit approach. Furthermore, you audit complex items, support your teams, and contribute to the development of your colleagues.

• You provide oral and written reports to our clients and discuss these together with the responsible accountant, the board, and the client's supervisory board.

• You guide your teams and colleagues in the execution of their work, as well as in their personal and professional development.

• Of course, you also work on your own development. For this, we offer appropriate coaching and training.

• You contribute to the further development of our audit practice in an area that suits you. Think of technical expertise, improving our audit methodology, or providing presentations and courses.
