Tax-Legal Team Leader West-South

As Tax-Legal Team Leader, you are responsible for the management and development of the tax-legal cluster within the West-South region. You translate strategic objectives into concrete plans, manage based on quality and results, and ensure that professionals can collaborate optimally and develop further.

In addition to your role as team leader, you remain connected to practice and will spend part of your time working within your own client portfolio. Additionally, you make an active contribution to organization-wide themes and the further development of Countus.

• Salary between €702.18 and €8,155.80 gross per month;

• Developing and realizing the business plan and annual plan of the cluster;

• Managing, coaching, and developing professionals within the team;

• Managing quality, productivity, financial results, and returns;

• Strengthening collaboration between expertise teams, business teams, and branches;

• Identifying developments in laws and regulations and translating these into advisory opportunities;

• Contributing to organization-wide themes as a portfolio holder and actively participating in strategic collaborations and consultation structures.

You work within the Advies+ service column, where various expertise areas come together to support entrepreneurs and organizations with complex issues. Within the Tax-Legal cluster, you work for a broad client portfolio, ranging from family businesses and SMEs to larger organizations with complex tax and legal challenges.

Together with your team, you ensure that clients can rely on high-quality advice and specialist support, while simultaneously building on the further development of services within the region.

You work within the Tax-Legal cluster in the West-South region, where you collaborate with tax specialists, legal experts, and other specialists who support entrepreneurs with complex tax and legal issues. This cluster is part of the Advies+ service column, in which various expertise areas work together to provide integral advice to clients.

The cluster operates from the Emmeloord, Dronten, Zeewolde, Barneveld-Ede, Wageningen, Odijk, and Mill branches. Your place of work will be one of these branches, depending on the location closest to your place of residence.

In your role, you work closely with colleagues within the cluster, other expertise teams, and the various business teams within the region. In this way, you actively contribute to knowledge sharing, collaboration, and the further development of tax-legal services.
